My name is Iain Phillips, I am an independent business change consultant working for both the public and private sector across a variety of markets.
A typical client engagement would be delivering strategic business change and most often this will include a significant element of software procurement or build. Has full stack experience and is adept at working with senior stakeholders and spanning the business & technology divide.
Has a broad range of business change experience and a few examples of other engagements have included: Digital transformation; Operating Model Design; Software delivery improvement and consultancy; business analysis consultancy; programme governance and shaping.
Have been actively studying Cynefin and the associated bodies of knowledge for around 5 years. Having previously progressed through the agile certifications up to Certified Agile Leadership, Cynefin has proven an order of magnitude more challenging to grapple with.
